AzCEC ToolBox for Teachers Workshop

We spent this morning at Chandler High School with the great folks from the Arizona Council for Exceptional Children. They hosted a Toolbox for Teachers workshop with great success.We want to thank all the awesome educators who came to our session on Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, and the crowd of 60 who joined us for our afternoon session on 27 Essential Classroom Management Strategies.   • -district-wide self-assessment tool
  • -school-wide assessment survey
  • -10 self-assessment questions and strategies
  • -17 classroom interventions to decrease behavior problems
  • -plenty of team time for talking, sharing, planning, and networking
  • -use of Promethean ActivExpression 'clickers' courtesy of Immedia EDU
