This important workshop is geared toward school educators and staff, school and district administrators, and transportation personnel. The International Labor Organization estimated, in 2012, that children represented 26 percent (5.5 million) of trafficking victims worldwide. Both U.S. citizen and foreign national children are trafficked for sex and labor in the United States. Participants in this workshop will learn the signs of child sex trafficking as well as victim prevention and intervention design, including where to find resources to help deal with this growing problem.
