Session Title:Exploring How School's Use Social Media and the Web to Sustain New Initiatives

Abstract:Social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest) are widely used to share ideas and information throughout our society, but what about in school? See examples of how schools are leveraging Social Media to dynamically communicate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and ownership for new initiatives, much like they previously used static hallway bulletin boards. Come and learn about tools, techniques, and how to use analytic data for decision- making and to measure your impact and outcomes.
