This interactive and participatory readiness course is designed to educate leaders on the benefits of PBIS/MTSS and the barriers/facilitators of successful implementation. Leaders will gain an awareness of their role in the immediate success and sustainability of a multi-tiered school-wide system to support student behavior, achievement, and safety. PBIS is recognized as a significant prevention tool by the US Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center (p.53).
